For all our gutter installations, we use premium NPC Gutter Seal—a high-quality caulking made with specialized polymers that can withstand heat, cold, expansion, contraction, and water, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
While many companies space their gutter hangers 3-8 feet apart, we install them every 18 inches to 2 feet for added strength and support. This closer spacing ensures your gutters can handle water, debris, and ice with ease.
If needed, we also reroute downspouts from higher levels across lower roofs and into gutters below, preventing premature wear on shingles.

J & O Constructing offers and installs high-quality self-regulating cables that automatically adjust their heat output. This ensures that areas requiring more heat get it, while areas needing less heat consume less energy. The self-regulating design improves efficiency and extends the lifespan of the cable. Each cable comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
